Visitation Monitoring Course

Professional Supervised Visitation Monitors are in high demand. Families are facing conflict in every courthouse throughout the country and many are ordered into Supervised Visitation. A Parent may be ordered into Supervised (or Monitored) Visitation in order to have access to their child in a safe, neutral environment. Sometimes, a friend or relative can be the visitation monitor, but this often ends up in chaos and conflict. To avoid the extra struggle, and to avoid the biased opinions that can accompany visits monitored by friends or relatives of the Parents, the Judge will often order that visits shall be conducted only by a Professional Monitor.
