Visitation Monitoring
We adopted a professional supervised visitation monitoring method based on the belief that our clients’ needs are of the utmost importance, especially the children we serve. The service provides the non-custodial parent with an opportunity for positive contact with the child in a safe environment. It also reassures the custodial parent that the child’s physical and emotional safety is a top priority.
Our monitoring services are available to parents in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino. As monitoring professionals, our role is that of a neutral party, observing silently from a safe distance. The goal is to make the supervised visitation a safe and pleasant experience for the child.

Our Monitoring Standards
Mandated Reporting
We have mandated reporters who are required to submit any suspected child abuse or maltreatment case when this is presented to them, or any reasonable cause to suspect child abuse or maltreatment in a situation where a child, parent, or other person legally responsible for the child is before the mandated reporter when the mandated reporter is acting in his or her official or professional capacity.
The phrase “other person legally responsible” refers to a guardian, caretaker, or other person 18 years of age or older, who is responsible for the care of the child.
CPR and Medically Fragile Training Certification
The skills and knowledge acquired in CPR certification provide the expertise that makes an individual ready to handle any emergencies. Nevertheless, chest compression is the only help you can provide a cardiac arrest victim as you wait for help to arrive.
24-Hour Shadowing
We adopted the strict California standards on supervised visitation monitoring company-wide. All of our monitors undergo 24 hours of training under the supervision of a qualified monitor. During this period, they will review previous cases and discuss what went wrong and what could have been avoided. They will also go on a real-world visit to learn the process first-hand.
SVN
The SVN (Supervised Visitation Network) is the foremost name in the world of supervised visitation. All of our monitors are trained under SVN, in addition to the company-provided supervised visitation monitoring training.
